You can't help others from your heart if your are protected and shielded from sufferings. You can't find out your purpose and why you were brought up in this life, if you have never lost any belongings. You can't find out who your really love if you have never loved. You can't find out who you really are if you have never lost. You can't love unconditionally if you have not suffered first. I still want you to have faith in me and grow strong, because without suffering you will never reach the deepest feelings of love. I can only write about my own experience, and I know that when He took away people that I loved dearly, I would just go and cry in His arms and of course ask Him why, but many times He would tell me "Don't ask why Nancy just do what your supposed to do and one day I may reveal to you why, but until then I'm testing you, I want to know how much you love me, and how much you would do for me, even if I take you away from everyone that you ever knew and take everything you ever possessed. Every time you suffer, and feel deep pain in your heart and blood coming out of it, God wants you to rely on Him, He is allowing things to happen so you can rely only on Him and go into His arms, so you can start to feel His love for you. But one thing for sure I know that no matter what is going on in your life, God loves you. You are going to tell me:"Well He is doing everything wrong to make me still believe in Him, He is taking away the people that I would have died for, He is making me suffer, how can I trust Him, when he has taken away all the people that I have loved and cared about." I don't know all the answer of why God allows things to happen. Did you ever think that God wants your love, your heart, your faith and your trust in Him. Think twice, who are you to know how God works with us, who are you to judge Him, who are you to really understand God and why He is allowing things to happen or not to happen. And then you may ask yourself if God really existed you would not go through those events He would not allow it.
Can you really accept your dad being in prison because of a crime that he did not commit, can your really accept that your girlfriend cheated on you and even though you still love her, you had to let her go. Can you really accept seeing your friend being shot on the street in front of you. What does it mean to accept your past and present events.
